FS - Whole set up 12 gal nano and 2.5 gal pico

I'm looking to get out of the hobby for the time being. We are looking at houses and some of them will not have room for even the small tanks to start. Both tanks have been up and running for about 1.5 years and are stocked with LR and some coral as well as clean up crew. The 12 gal has a pistol shrimp living in the 2.5-3 inch sand bed. Both tanks had lights changed at the end of last year. I'll also include all the supplies that I have.

The 12 gal is a Current AquaCube with 2x27 watt PCs, upgraded to MaxiJet 900 in the back, Koralia 1 in the display. I covered the lower intakes with silicone to make a true overflow into the back/filter area where the heater and MaxiJet are. There is plenty of LR in the display and another pound or 2 in the back and a cut out in the second chamber for a fuge light.
The 2.5 gal has a 80 GPH hang on filter/fuge and a Coralife 2x9 watt PC light fixture.

I have timers for the lights on both tanks.

I will try to get pics posted to this thread sometime after the lights come on the tanks this afternoon.

Couple things I forgot in the first post. I have painted the back side of the 2.5 black, it was originally a Tom's 3 gallon but the coraline really loved the acrylic and it was taking over, plus that thing scratched if you looked at it sideways, so I changed to a glass 2.5. There are no major scratches on either tank and I cut a strip away on the side of the 12 so you can see the water lever without opening the top. I also have a Current 2 LED blue moon light that I used with the 2.5 but was way to bright at night in the bedroom and a LED daylight wand that I used on the fuge in the 12, as well as a small tub of stuff and a stand full, including 2 water test kits, food, nets and filter floss.

I might be interested in the Pod, but none of the corals (I've got plenty to move over). Can you take a pic of the underside of the lid so I can see how difficult it would be to upgrade the lighting a bit? Does it include the stand? How old are the bulbs? Would you even consider breaking up, and, if so, what would you ask for what I'm intersted in? Thanks and sorry for all the questions.
