Don't mean to steer the thread away from the topic but if I were to put 2 MH pendants over my tank, do you guys think that 2 20k radiums would be sufficient for getting the blue that I want and also giving me the MH growth and health? Basically with 2 20k radiums, would I still need actinic supplementation or not?

I have run a tank exactly that way had great color and growth but that was before leds where around. I would add some blue led just for the pop u cant get with mh

Yup I run 2 14k mh and have blue led strips for sunrise, sunset, adds that pop for sure
