FTS from everybody!

Surf&turf, that's sweet! Nice zoo collection. Any stats about the tank? Gallons, lighting, equip?

It was kind of a budget build. a simple 55, 2 HOB marineland filters. A HOB skimmer, 2 powerheads and 260watts PC lights. Has been doing really well.
2 occi. clowns, 2 domino damsels a six-line wrasse, and a flame angel.

Thanks for the complements.

I grabbed a few pictures of Bently23's tank when I was there. It's looking good!

Blurry phone pics (sorry)

thanks for posting some pics j bone,,, i plan on getting some more on here when i get my camera back and some more corals,,,speaking of witch do you got any more of those sun corals you can frag off? i wanna try my hand at those,,let me know dude ill get ahold you tomorrow about that sand

D, those sun polyps got taken over by Hair Algae, so they aren't doing too good. I've been trying to keep it trimmed down but it grows so fast I haven't been able to keep up with it.

BTW, that reminds me, does anyone know where I could pick up a Sea Hare? I have some serious algae I need to get in check. Thanks!

I dont know the answer about the sea hare, but I had the same problem and just pulled the coral out once or twice and erradicated the algae and placed it in a med flow/ very low light spot in the tank and kept the polyps cleared at their bases with a turkey baster the algae gave up and moved on.

Gotta get rid of the GSP!!!

Dave

Dave, looking good! I thought I had some GSP, but that is a serious growth! Hope you can get it controlled before it takes over too much. I traded in a mini basketball sized rock to TFO and got some pretty good store credit. I'm sure that they or City Zoo would make you a deal if you could get the rocks out.
