Hello again!!
Looks like I will go with Mini Aqualight Double (ESU)
Should I get the saltwater with one 03 actinic & one 9 w 10k
OR freshwater With Two 9 watt 6700k

I would go with the two 6700s. I had my fuge under on 10k and blue but never saw as much growth as I did with the light I have right now which is a 65 watt lights of america 6700K floodlight.
