Fumigating with the reef tank in the house

Ive read many post of people having no problems......The one question I have is. Im sealing up the tank with 3mm plastic, going to run an air pump outside the tent to the sealed tank. Should I run the airline under the tented tank or run the pumped air into the tank with an air stone.? also should I run a powerhead in the tank.?

when I did this I ran the air into the plastic bubble the tank was in. you dont need to run a airline directly into the tank.one airline in and one exhaust line out.
