Folks that work at Petco are pretty decent people for the most part. I just don't understand how hard it is to spend 15-30 mins a day trying to learn something new to serve people better. All it takes is a computer or a mobile device with internet connection. Easiest way to make ones service better.
There is a Chinese saying that says something like, to be aware of one's ignorance is knowledge in itself. The point is, if you don't know that you are ignorant, there is no reason to seek more knowledge and wouldn't know what to look for.

I like it. I can't find my early posts here before 2007, but I was one of those guys with the annoying questions like, "My clowns are laying eggs, now what?" Fortunately at the time there was a supportive group of folks in the RC Clownfish and Breeding forums to suggest a reading list and lead newbies in the right direction.
