That was too funny! I hope Dave doesn't do any of those things during his home improvements!

Some people are idiots. You could predict what was going to happen (like cutting support out so the building would collapse) but they did it anyway, and looked pretty suprised when it happened (like the roof actually collapsed and the ladder was still placed on it for support). Duh!
