Furan 2 treatment

Just started treating my zoas with furan 2. I wanted to know before I dump out the bucket, can I reuse the same bucket or do I have to start fresh for the next 2 days with the treatment? I only used 2.5 gallons and dosed accordingly for that amount. I haven't emptied the furan 2 bucket out but if I can reuse the bucket, I will just save it for the next few treatments.

I typically just use a ziplock bag that is designated for my Furan2 dips. You will be fine reusing the bucket.

I was actually talking about reusing the water for the next treatment.

No do not reuse the water. Are you dipping several colonies or very large rocks? If not, just put a cup of tank water in a ziplock, add half a packet of furan2, shake vigorously to mix, then dip as usual. Then the next day you can use the remainder of the furan2 packet. This should save you some $$ on furan2 and it still works just as well.

I had a few small colonies/frags to treat. I treated them all in a small container with 4 cups of water and 3 packets of furan 2. Did the 3 days already and might do another treatment in a week or two if I still see some zoa pox on them.
