Future 150gal in wall with Fish Room

Hello all. I am in the process of upgrading my 55gal to a 150 gallon in wall setup with its own fish room. I will try to post a picture of where in my basement this is going. Right now my basement is unfinished, so I can pretty much go as wild as I want down there. I have access to everything. Here is a picture (hopefully, I havent posted one before).

I had the basement poured with rough ins allready, so there are drains for a utility tub. My fiance may want to use these rough ins for a half bathroom, and if so, I will have to do some additional plumbing and design work be able to use them for aquarium purposes + half bath. The area that I have to work with is approximatly 10x12. I could make it larger but I have plans for the rest of the space down there.

Right now I am working up what additional equipment I will need for this upgrade. Here is what I am thinking of so far:

Lighting:

2 IceCap 400watt HQI pendants
2 IceCap 400watt electric ballasts
2 4ft IceCap T5 VHO Actinics
2 400watt 10,000k Hamilton bulbs

Controller

Neptune AquaController 3
Temp / pH / ORP Probes
Neptune Aquasurf module

Water Movement

Little Giant 4 MDQX-SC
2 Tunze Turbelle Stream Pump 6101's

What I allready have on my 55gal

EuroReef CS6-1
Geo Calcium Reactor
175watt metal halides
110watt VHO actinics
Mag drive return
Air Water Ice RODI unit
Ebo Jager heaters
Salifert test kits

I spent a lot of time reading posts on this site regarding larger setups and have learned much. However I am still a little overwhelmed with picking filtration / lighting etc for a tank this big. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This will be my first time using a controller as well, and I am looking forward to using it. Does anybody have any experience with the equipment I mentioned above? Also, EuroReef and Deltec skimmers were the front runners when I purchased my skimmer 3yrs ago. Does anybody have recommendations on a new skimmer, or will the one I have work out ok? My tanks are lightly stocked with fish. I enjoy clams mostly! Thanks.

Here are some pics of my 150 and equipment. RK2 1/8 hp pump, MRC-3 skimmer on a panworld 150, 90GPD RO/DI and storage/mix vat, Aquadyne Octopus controller, CSL 1/3hp chiller (just a little too small) and 300g sump (holding 175 gallons). Be sure to use lots of true union ball valves and unions when you plumb everything together (with by-passes) so that each component can be removed for cleaning/service without shutting the whole system down.

Lighting is 2 250MH and 2 140 actinic VHOs
