Future meetings/places

What are we doing for our Christmas meeting?I'm thinking about hosting Jan or Feb. I should have my house together by then.

Well, since I sent David my $$, I am willing to volunteer to host the March meeting. That's the one I've traditionally done in the past.

We had planned to have a calendar posted on the ETRC Website. I do not think it has been created yet. According to my homemade calendar, you are still down for the March meeting. Date for the March meeting was set for March 15th. Does this date work for you?

Using the same calendar, the first month without anyone or place scheduled is the month of July. That can and does sometimes change. LMK when you think you may want to host a meeting. We usually meet the third Saturday of the month.

April - public meeting
May - Art
June - Randy (month of the swap)

well, i looked at july, and believe it or not, the third wednesday is my daughter's birthday. i can do july, if it can be any other saturday. or i can do august. either way is fine by me.

Yes, I dropped the ball on the calender. I'll try and find my notes that I made about options and how to set one up. If nothing else, send me the list and I'll manually update the website to show the next few months.

As for meetings, I am glad I didn't volunteer. It would be boring just having my yet-to-be-set-up 12G nano to look at.

Yeah, it would be June 21st...

And all meetings entail are going over our meeting topic, eating, drinking, socializing and staring at the host's tank/s...

i've got the eating, drinking and staring down pat. lots of practice. i don't want to give a presentation tho, i don't know enough to talk about anything real. looking forward to the socializing part...it'll be nice to have faxes with avatars!

The host doesn't have to do the topic... Its up to them whether they do or do not... We have some topics that are easier to go over if you have the topic at hand right there in front of you... But there are others that can be done anywhere...

Are you coming to the meeting at Don's in a couple weeks??? If you aren't planning on it, then you should be... I know you'll have fun...

i'm planning on it, but i can't access the address on the etrc.com website yet. i was just planning on heading in the powell (it is in powell, right?) direction and trying to follow the smell of cheese dip and beer.
