"fuz" on tip of fins??

I have a copper banded butterfly in my QT tank. It has these little white Fuzz like things on only the tip of its rear fin. Is this normal or some kind of parasite? It doesn't look like ich (that ive seen before) If ich is a uniform round white spot this is more of a random shaped, random size, bigger (in som spots) that only shows on the very tip of the rear fin. ANy ideas?

Possibly Lymphocystis..Occurs often after shipping. Its Viral, so it will run its course and clear up on its own
