I thought they had a decent sale once on freshwater fish. I always need to stock some of the tanks at the school... But I never now when those sales are.

Every time I have been in schaumburgvstore the fish look terrible. Not worth the time IMO

That place is a joke. Unless you enjoy paying 3x's the price for livestock that is.

Very very true... yet I still find it kind of odd that I have better luck with online livestock purchases, when compared to local places.

was waiting for my car to get serviced today so i walked in to AA again. sale is still on til the 18th. good prices on tanks. livestock is absolutely awful. in the saltwater side i counted 5 dead fish floating in the tank and half the other fish looked lethargic like they're about to die. tanks are disgusting as if they just scrape the algae occasionally and half a**ed at best. makes me want to get a job their and take better care of them as a novice at best, it's sad.

I interviewed there once for a part time job. Looking back, I'm glad I didn't get a job there.

Now that I've been thinking about it, I had good luck with nassarius snails that I bought from an AA in the past... they survived in my old nano for the longest time.
