FYI City of Norwalk water flushing

Just wanted to give the Norwalk folks a heads up that the city is flushing the water system on May 5th and they are warning of discolored water.

I'll have to make a note of that and not run any water through my R/O on that day. Fortunately I don't drink straight tap water, only use it to shower and wash clothes. Thanks for the heads up.

Aye, they started flushing hydrants in my neighborhood earlier this week. Haven't noticed discolored water yet though, thankfully. Guess that's to come.

Either there was a delay in their planned flush or it took a while for things to work their way into Silvermine. Water had a nice greenish hue to it this evening. Joy!
