Just looking for some general info. I'm catching mantis fever and I noticed that a lot of posters have multiple tanks. I'm in the process of setting up a 5gal. mini-bow for an N.wenn(from TBS) and while checking Dr. Roy's list I noticed his endorsement of the smithii as his fav for captivity. After looking at the coloration of this species now I want one! Setting up another tank will be cake. But I don't know of any places to order a smithii. I don't mind buying online as long as the animal comes from a reputable site and local would be even better (Washington,D.C area). I asked my lfs(Roozens) about ordering a mantis and the only species they're familiar with is the peacock. So if anyone can offer any advice I would greatly appreciate it!
