Gack ID -- please help!

Hey gang,

So over the last 6 months, my tank has started to grow this crud. Havent seen anyone eat it, nitrates and phosphates test good. Mag is good too. I run a denitrator, GFO changed monthly, feed lightly and skim. SPS and LPS are growing and happy.

So far the only way to get rid of it is manual removal... ideas?
