OK. so I got this huge galaxea from a lfs the other day and so far it is doing great with 1 exception. one small corner of it seems to be deteriorating. looks like light brown jelly sorta, almost a cream color. it is not the typical green metalic, but one with shorter polyps and a lighter green.

any guestimates? should I try to cut this area off? the area is less than 1/2" square.
