garf problem,help

bought this garf purple bonsai frag about a month ago,between the frag and shipping it was expensive.its not doing so well.everything else in my tank is fine.any suggestions? i would hate to lose it

Whats your Cal,Alk Mag paramaters as well as tank size and flow/lighting? Looks like it is STN'ng pretty bad...

Yes it will but only if conditions are correct and stable. I have saved the tiniest tips off corals that that STN/RTN on me.

Did you have a recent swing in ALK? Usually my tips go when I have a sudden increase in alkalinity. Stabilize things and it should grow back. It doesn't look like it's peeling.

Sorry to hijack, but should he snip the ends off down to good tissue or leave as is? I've got a couple of acros with some tissue regression and algae starting up on the tip.

Also what lights are you using. I lost mine to bleaching when I switched from T5s to LEDs?

What exactly is everything else, Sps? LPS? Softies? It does appear to be an increase in alk. How did you acclimate? When did you start to see the tissue necrosis
