Garlic only treatment

Anyone here treat ick just by using food mix with garlic only?

The ick has wiped out 5 of my fishes and only the yellow tang is left but it looks quite healthy (eating well and swimming normally) , even though it has ick on its skin.

I cannot catch it at all, even with fish trap, so I just want to leave this final and only
fish in my sps dominated reef tank.

I think that it will make it if I treat it with garlic.

Any thoughts on this?

1 thought. More thank likely you may lose the fish. Garlic IS NOT A ICH treatment.

i have used garlic in the past but it seemed to me that the fish didnt get better but didnt get any worst. what works great and i have a bottle just for emergencys is KICK ICH it works great and the best part it reef safe
