I have a fully mature PJ Cardinal that has been floating upside down for a couple of days. His abdomen is inflated like is has a marble in it, but I believe it's air or gas. His breathing is labored and slow, and he cannot swim much. It appears he only has limited use of his side fins and no use of his tail or lower fins.
My tank got saturated with air bubbles shortly before this happened due to low water level. I have two other smaller cardinals, a small clown, and a small watchman. They're all are fine.
Is it an air bubble? Is there a cure?
Thanks!!!
