I figured out what was wrong with mine. I have everything smashed in the sump and when I turned the power off to the sump last night I could see the pumps and seen the one pump is pushed against the side of the sump. I don't have room to move it around now but will do that when I do the mod's I plan on cleaning everything in that acid I got last month.
