I wish I had 10% of their budget!!! :)
Well, I guess between their tanks and the new Gym, I know where all my tax dollars are going!

I will most likely attend. I think I'll be in town, and I'd like to see their tanks (I've been trying to convince my 14 yo son to join the reef club, but so far it's too dorky for him).

Thanks everyone for the interest

Hello all. My name is Dean. I teach Chemistry and Environmental Science at Gates Chili High School.

I also am the Director of the Atrium. We have an Aquarium Club and a Botany Club that take care of our Plants and our Aquarium.

I am a rookie to saltwater systems and have been learning for about a year now. Our students are busy taking care of our beautiful Atrium and also trying new things.

Please consider stopping by but with reasonable expectations.

We have only started propagation and we have only a few frags.

This will certainly be a learning experience for all of us.

Thank you.

Sincerely in Salt Water,

Dean

Hi Dean, it's nice to see you on here! Hopefully I can stop in, but Jess is ready to go any day now! I may be busy changing diapers! Cheers!

Giving this thread a bump so we all remember an excuse for a pleasant evening out. See you there Friday, everyone.

For those who are not familiar with Chili, we have a terrific coffee shop called the Leaf and Bean not far from the high school. I think it would be fun to meet there after we have toured the school for come coffee and fish talk. They're open 'til 10:00. Who's in?
