GBTA and Sponges?

I have a GTBA in my QT tank, as it recently split and the "offsping" one tried to escape into the return of my main tank. I have a large liverock the is completely covered in a sponge I want to add to the QT tank. Right now this liverock has been in a bucket for about 12 hours and I want to get it out ASAP.

Does anyone see any complications with this? Could the GTBA hurt the sponge or vice versa? Thanks! :wave:

Speaking from experience I can say that there will be no issues whatsoever between the sponge and BTA.
