GBTA decided to take a swim...

So I noticed my GBTA looking good today and everything started to come out from where it usually resides. I saw his foot start to come off more and more from his resting spot until a minute ago where I saw it go across the tank. It landed on the sand, of course....face down...of course of course.
I saw it and ran over to the tank hoping to help it out somehow, I don't know how though.
I turned off my most powerful powerhead, giving it a slight chance to settle wherever it wants. It's at the bottom of the tank.

Should I continue to try to keep it upright if it keeps going upside down, or will it flip itself over somehow?
I know this has happened to others, how would you go about this?

BTW this is the first time it has done this, it is actually the first time it has moved in general since getting it two weeks ago.

I wouldn't worry about it too much if it looks good and water params are good. I looked in tonight and one of my 11 GBTA was attached to my sea cucumber going for a ride.

What the .......? Where's the pictures?

On a side note, I have a chocolate chip star that is apparently a shuttle for the hermits in my biocube.

As for the OP, have you changed anything lately?

Nothing has changed. It settled on the bottom. I know they are "supposed" to like a lot of light and such, but would it eventually move up to where it likes? or should I move it up a few inches to a rock crevice?

It will find the spot it likes. Mine is close to the bottom of my 90 gallon tank and hasn't moved for 10 months. So that is about 18 inches below the water's surface. If it wants more light, it will seek it out. If you put it higher, it will move where it wants as well. Do what you feel is best.
