GREAT!!! It is good to feed him that. Later you can feed him silversides which are a lot cheaper usually, once he gets back to normal.

ok sweet! I usually feed my other anemones frozen krill soaked in selcon. i'm thinking this nem doesn't like the hard feeling of the krill with the shell on

My rbta never liked krill. Shrimp and silversides, I only had to thaw them.

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but silversides have been a major dispute in the past as a possible source of anemone deaths.

My main thoughts are can we really trust the middle man and the LFS to properly maintain silversides at a 'food-safe' temperature? I don't trust them and trust the local grocery store with shrimp more. For $5-8/lb it's too cheap to take the risk of silversides IMO.

i never liked the way silversides looked in the packages at the lfs. i'm going to stick to the store bought shrimp since the nem is eating that. It looks much more perked up this morning when I woke up.
i'm looking to upgrade tanks soon I hope this process doesn't start all over again

Hey, thank you for busting my bubble about that. I am dumping the silversides on will feed only frozen uncooked shrimp.
