gen1 radion

i have radion gen 1 on my 140 gallon for the past 1 year. its been doing great on my tank. 2 months ago i move to another state, and i bring all my equipment with me. because of the 2 kids and all the moving i dont have the time to program the light. i been doing it manually. when i get up from the bed i turn it on and when i got off from work i turn it off. now everything is settle. i try to program the light, but it seem the light dont want to light up on the program that i want. it just keep turn off. when i program the light i click the run for 1 min, its seem working fine but after i program it , the light keep shuttin off.
can u pls help me with this problem
do i need to reset something.

Justin,

1. Disconnect via USB and power down all lights for at least 30 seconds
2. Log in to EcoSmart Live using Google Chrome or Safari
3. Select the "Schedule Options" then "Export" schedule (assuming you are using a custom schedule)
4. Select the "Menu" button then "New Profile" and "Yes"
5. Start the Connection Manager and connect via USB to one Radion
6. Right click the Connection Manager icon select “USB Radion” then “Factory Reset” and “Yes”
7. Right click the Connection Manager select "USB Radion" then "Disable Radion buttons"
8. Repeat steps 6 & 7 for each additional Radion
9. Log in to EcoSmart Live and program your lights using the Aquarium Setup
10. Select the "Schedule Options" button then "Import" to re-import your custom schedule
11. Select the “Program Aquarium” button to save all changes

well i do everything that u told me but somehow i screw up the whole thing. my radion dont light up at all. when i do the live demo, the light dont light up. when i took of the usb cable from the radion, i dont see any light from the radion. i also lost my program ( im not a computer expert). did i broke my system?
i would like to reset the whole thing then, fresh start. how do i do that?
