Is a new fan included or just the led's

All Generation 1 Radions need to be sent in for upgrading. That said, we do replace your fan as a part of the upgrade.

A ha - wish I would have seen this thread before, have a XR30 gen 1 ready to send in for the upgrade to gen3 , but have an email and a phone call into you guys about the fan. SO, now , after seeing this thread, I don't have to wait as you guys just replace the old fan anyhow as part of the upgrade. Very good!!
