Geo 612 Calcium Reactor Air bubbles

Hey guys,

Just picked up a Geo 612 Calcium reactor and am so far loving it, but am having a bit of an issue with air bubbles collecting at the top. I have heard of people moving the effluent line from the recirculation line to the lid to help clear the bubbles.

What size is the effluent line barb? and if somebody could point me towards the correct tap for the threads, that would be awesome too.

Thanks!

Bubbles eventually go away. It took my geo and masterflex about a week/week and a half to purge all the air.

I hope so! I feel like it's just getting worse. I don't want all the air to kill the pump because it's constantly bogging down.

I had this same problem with my 618 with lots of bubbles/air collecting on the top of the lid. I found out the feed pump flow was really low and not pumping enough into the chamber.

I had too many air bubbles collecting at the top too and found that my feed pump (manifold of the main pump) wasn't giving enough flow. I increased flow by reducing the flow going to the frag tank and display and boom, FIXED. The input pressure wasn't high enough.

I turn my effluent all the way open to push out the air bubbles... then adjust it bsvkndien
