It is very very phishy. I received many e-mails that pretend to be paypal and told me that I need to registered as my account has been breached, etc etc. I do not think this is legit.

stupid me...i signed up already and now wish i didnt. i sent an email to paypals security center to question the promotion. I will report back with my findings.

stupid me...i got it from a friend, and I thought it would be a good saving for shipping cost. sorry guys. btw, the website looks so real, they even have Paypal home page included. How can paypal let them get away for it? Perhaps, this is another method to promote themself.

Paypal used to have a button on their front page redirecting you to this promotion, but it's not there anymore.
