Getting a new tank started with LPS

I am a big fan of LPS corals, but the most experience I have with them was just some frogspawn in an old nano. I now have a large tank that's basically a blank slate and I am not sure where to start!

I picked up a tiny brain coral frag, but I assume that will take a year or more to actually grow out and look like a normal coral. What are some other options that are good for getting the tank started? I know about frogspawn and acans look interesting, but overall I'm pretty green when it comes to LPS.

I'm an open book, and here's a shot of my tank:

I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions. I'm trying to start with some easy to moderate LPS corals and go from there. I really want to be sure to get a variety of color going!

I love my hammers and Duncan

The Acan has been easy so far as well. Like the scape

Getting a new tank started with LPS

it looks like you have lED .
you may need to get parameter and check the light level on the tank , scan do not like a lot of light

Scan?

I picked up a metallic green torch and thick branched frogspawn since posting those pics. They are doing well and are just awesome looking corals.

I'd pick up some of that rubble off the sand and replace it with some nice trachys, an acanthophyllia, and some colorful fungia

All I do is lps, would never go sps... in mainly into acans, here's a few morphs of mine...
