getting a sebae soon, what to expect

I should be getting a sebae anemone soon, and was just wondering what I should expect it to act like for the first week or so? also, should I put it in the sand or on a rock? I am planning to do one more water change and get soem good foods for it a few days before it arrive s(ordered it from LA). would this be okay to feed it
small mysis shrimp (what my fish usually get)
pieces of squid
chunks of silverside
small bits of clam (got it for my fish but they dont like it...)

Most "sebae" anemones are H. crispa.

Most of mine have chosen sand beds over rocks, but I have had some of each over the years. I would start by digging a hole in the sand next to a large rock, place the anemone and it should do the rest.

All the foods described would be fine, just wait a few days for it to settle in and good luck.
