Hi All
I recently decided to get back into the hobby, and I setup a 25 gallon cube on Friday. It seems to be going pretty well; however I have yet to see any ammonia, nitrate, nitrite. I have listed the specs below, and there are a few things that I wanted to ask about too.
1. The AI prime is very bright, but eventually would like to have a clam as the centerpiece in the tank. Will it be enough to just have one?
2. These controllers are completely and totally new to me, and I'm thinking about possibly investing in one. Do they really help?

Tunze ATO I'm just using a 3 gallon trashcan in the cabinet to house the water and I'm dosing kalkwasser
I'm using the pump that came with it, but ti will be my backup eventually. I have a sicce 1.5 on order that will be here today.
10 pounds of cured live rock
15 pounds of uncured lived rock
40 pounds of black live sand
I built a mesh top, although I'm not necessarily thrilled about the job that I did
