Getting Frustrated with T5's

I've changed the bulbs in my fixture twice now but I still get no "pop" from my corals colors. I have a 40 breeder with a 2 x 150 watt HQi with four 39 watt T5's. The current light configuration from front to back is:

Blue Plus
Purple Plus
2 x 150 watt 14k Phoenix
Aquablue Special
Blue Plus

Is there an actinic I can throw in there instead of one of those bulbs? Any other suggestions?

With 2 14k metal halides in there, I don't think the aquablue special is needed. You could achieve more pop from either another blue plus or actinic bulb in there.

The Aquablue is what is hurting you. If all you want is "pop", use 2 actinic bulbs, 1 purple plus and 1 blue plus.

Stability is also a key factor in coloration, not just lighting.

In what order front to back for that combo of bulbs? I also still want a good approximately 14k look when the halides are on. Just want a better look from the corals. In the light I have the corals look good but any blues are kind of blah.
