im getting a 1983 honda shadow 750 in 2 weeks. i have to rebuild it on a different frame so this will be a build tread. the fram will be green the gas tank will be green with a black strip and the fender will be black.

Cool, my first bike was a Kawasaki 350 Enduro that I bought at a garage sale. The motor was in pieces in a box..took me 6 months to rebuild it..
Ride safe man..remember you gotta watch for all of the other drivers on the road...

Sweet! Enjoy the ride! If you are learning take the msf course, I don't agree with everything they teach, but it's a pretty good course at the end of the day and worth the money.

Congrats and welcome to the 2 wheeled world! The MSF course is definitely worth the money (and even the advanced course too!!) They have saved my life on more occasions that I can care to count.

Perhaps a reefer's motorcycle gathering is in order. A ride to an aquarium would be awesome!

All the gear all the time! Being hot from jacket pants gloves etc beats a skin graft any day of the week! I started on a ninja 250 now I have a cbr600rr, takes takes time and money away from my reef though

600rr ftw, i love mine. The msf coarse was ok, a quick way to get your license. Nothing beats hitting some twisties after a shitty day at work.
