Getting out of hobby for a bit, 40g Sps breakdown

Getting out of the hobby a little bit since ive been extremely busy with family, work, and other responsibilities. I have full 40g sps tank and will be breaking down soon. Tank is 4 years old and corals have grown only from frags. Keeping only my skimmer, light, and rock.

Here is what coral and live stock I have, all colonies grown from frags. Only to a good home and prices below.
