Rules: I'm getting out of the hobby, I am selling things for what I think are great deals. The person who comes to buy my tank must have 2 people (or more) to carry out the tank and obviously the vehicle to transport it. I did it myself, and swore I would not be carrying it out.
If you buy my tank combo, THEN you get first crack at the other listed items. If the tank combo isn't gone yet, then the other items aren't for sale yet, (unless my dad happens to want it for his own tank. He gets it for free, go figure!)
$300 for the combo: Tank, stand, custom acrylic sump, return pump, fancy plumbing, sea swirl return, stand light, refugium light.
Tank - 50g rimless cube by cadlights artisan. they are going for $800 now. I think I only paid around $500 at the time. It has a tiny chip on the top front left corner, does not affect structure or view.
Stand - came with tank, no doors. I use an acrylic black board and it makes is easy to get into the sump, and looks MUCH better when closed. The acrylic board is not for sale.
Sump - MSRP $125 Custom thick acrylic sump that fills the WHOLE stand. 3 chambers with the refugium in the front that goes to the filter sock, then return chamber.
return pump - Tunze 1073.020. MSRP $90. Its caked in salt but worked perfectly until i turned it off.
Sea Swirl - MSRP $242 its a 1 inch sea swirl and works like a champ.
plumbing - bulkheads, gatevalves, adjustable drain pipe height.
refugium lighting - MSRP $69 Ecoxotic Panorama Pro - this thing is BRIGHT for the fuge, grew cheto VERY VERY well. refugium lighting mounts onto the refugium lid.

That's over $1300 of stuff and I'll throw in some other stuff too, net, food, chemicals, carbon, new biopellets and a fancy biopellet reactor, etc. IMO the misc STUFF will be worth a fair bit too.
NOW for the stuff that the tank combo buys gets frist dibs:
$200 - Protein skimmer -Bubble Magus BM180cs MSRP $500 - this is serious overkill on a 50g tank. Works great!
$200 Controller - Profilux II plus, with doser (has two dosing pumps, can take up to 4 pumps), 6 plug power bar, and 4 plug power bar, and separate ranco temperture controller. I trust Ranco more than anyone for temp control.
$200 Reef octopus Kalk reactor with aqua medic dosing pump with tunze osmolator with custom acrylis water reservoir. I suggest leaving the kalk mixing 24.7 while the tunze fills the top off.
$25 Controller - Digital Aquatics Reef keeper 2 - backlight does not work but I can still see the readout in a bright lit room.
