Getting out of the hobby

I've been keeping a 46g reef for about four years. I should have realized in the beginning what kind of time it takes to keep a nice looking tank. So despite investing lots of money, I'm going to start tearing the setup down.

I have four fish, one large frogspawn, a toadstool about 2" across, about 100lbs LR from Tampa Bay and Jakarta, and probably 80 lbs LS.

Could anyone suggest a good way to unload all this? I would appreciate it.
