Getting out sell off or trade for a larger tank for fresh water

I have decided to get out of the hobby for awhile and focus more time on family and work. I have sold off most of my stuff, but have two small tanks and some equipment left. Tanks must go before extras do.

10 gal tank, about 15 to 20 LBS live rock
1+ inch live sand bed
1 black clown
1 cleaner shrimp
1 smaller bubble tip brittle star
canopy with 2 x 18 retro kit
small HOB filter
Korallia 1
coral consist of
1 PPE
1 giant pally
2 purple shrooms
2 green hairy shrooms
good sized devil finger leather
about 30 brown putton palys with green centers
10 whammin watermelon zoas
7 PDs
20 or so gray palys
a few unknow zoas
stalk of xenia
6 candy apple pink zoas
odd red shroom with teal dots and stripes
about 20 zoas with orange ring
silver xenia
sea foam paly
whitish gray paly

All that for 100.00 no stand just canopy. Live stock alone should be close to double that price.

3 GAL JBJ
filter, heater, new stock light, old stock light with broken legs for parts, and a mini powerhead.

After this stuff sells I'll have a Typhoon III with TDS meter for 75.00

Blue refracto meter works great 20.00

half to 3/4 full bucket of reefcrystals 15.00

5 gal bucket full of sand 5.00

Here's a pic of the tank a few months back. The large rock in back is now completly covered in coraline, but with lack of tank care there is some hair algae now.

The tank is has much more color now.
