Due to other family obligations my tank has suffered and needs a more attentive home. I’m taking a break from the hobby for a while. This tank has been up since October. I am selling as a complete system with livestock. I WILL NOT PART OUT THE EQUIPMENT. If someone wants the livestock please take it all. Once the tank is down I will no place for them. This system is up and running you take down and haul. Here is a list of what it will come with.

I will not piece out or mix and match ANY of the rock. There are two containers, $250 each. You pick which one or take both for $450

I live in Plymouth. It’s about 25 minutes up Hwy 16 from Sunrise or from Hwy 50 take Latrobe rd and it’s about 20 minutes from there. I am willing to entertain offers for multiple items, but please do not lowball. I am selling this equipment cheap so please do not try. Lowball offers will be ignored. Pick Up for all items will be Sunday 06-01-08 or Monday 06-02-08. These will be sold on a fist come fist served basis. If you want an item please PM and Call to confirm when you will be there to pick up. PM and I'll send my phone #.If you PM and don’t call to confirm then I will move on to the next person. If you do confirm and don’t show up then the items will be re-listed. I want all of the equipment sold by Monday. Cash or a bank certified check only. Here is my problem. If I part out the equipment I have no place for the live stock. I would like to do this in one shot. It's hard enough seeing it go. Let alone seeing it go piece by piece.

What is you're point? Are you trying to uncover something? It's pretty straight forward. If I seperate the equipment I have no place for the livestock. If someone wants the live stock I will sell all of it at once. This is so I don't have leftover livestock that I will need to find homes for once the tank goes. So please...I am a reasonable guy. If you want to post negative comments do it somewhere else.
If my initial post sounded inflexiable then so be it. This is a great deal for someone looking for a complete system. I do not want nor do I need to sell this stuff. Time constraints, due to work and family obligations, have become such that this hobby needs to be put on the back burner for a while. It's as simple as that. I would rather this tank have a happy home where it can be cared for properly. As I said before offers will be considered. Just don't lowball.

I'm sorry...wasn't trying to create a negative post...It was a genuine inquiry as I may be interested in taking the likestock off your hands...just not sure if I can handle it all in my 150g...I've got quite a bit in there already.

If you don't need to sell it soon and if you don't have time parting then just wait for someone to buy the whole setup. It may take some time to find the buyer but you may find one. If you want to sell it sooner and with good $$ then parting out is a better option. You are likely getting better $$ with parting out but in the trade off you need to spend more time meeting buyers. I saw people do this, they parting out in certain order: selling livestocks first (doesn't need to be all livestocks at once) then equipments. If anyone wants equipments in livestocks selling phase they can speak for it with deposit or w/o (depends...) and they will pick them up after livestocks are gone

Example: while you are waiting for a buyer to buy the whole setup and if someone wants to buy some fish from your tank, I don't see any reason for you to reject them and save everything for a bundle buyer(which may not be existed anytime soon), and if you decide to sell fish to that someone means you are parting out.

one more suggestion. You may want to bundle in smaller portions. Like if someone wants to buy all fish then they will get bundle price and if someone wants to buy just 1 or 2 then they will get different price (more than bundle by adding up...) If someone buys the whole setup it will be $1.2k; but if you itemize them then the total separately would be more like $1.4k... by doing that you will get 1.2K even you don't find buyers for all your items...

Money is not the issue. I know if I parted it out it would go like wild fire and I would make alot more. I'm just trying to keep this in one piece and give one person a very good deal. The alternative is to have it picked through like vultures on a carcass. That is what I'm trying to avoid. But if there is some livestock you want PM me
