Getting RBTA off rock

What is the best way to get a RBTA off of a rock? Mine split, but they both stayed on the same rock. It is a round rock with a large hole in the center so it looks like the letter "O". They are both in the hole together. I would like to remove one so I can share it with other reefers, but I want to keep the other one in that rock. Any suggestions?

when I bought my bta, the guy who sold it to me just put it against his vortech and the current started to blow on the nem until it got annoyed and started losing its grip. have to keep at it for a good 10-15 and make the flow the strongest

I have heard that you can rub an ice cube on the foot of the anemone and that will cause it to release.
