getting ready for the swap

We have about 3 weeks until the swap and there is a lot to be done
here are some of the things i thought of:
-making movies of schools and penn state tank
-getting the display items ready(octopus, sharks)
-a schedule of what we will be doing, like diy and other small presentations

small list, but i am sure mo has some more
i was also thinking of making informational posters about the ocean, or something similar
any other suggestions?
