Getting rid of Xenia..

I am not sure why, but when I switched over to an algae scrubber in my 180 all the xenia just disappeared over the course of a few months. I had a kenya tree that survived but never grew but the zoas and sps did fine.

Xenias make great filters. I use them exclusively in my refugium and they do about as well as macro algae for nutrient export.
