Getting there

Everything's plumbed except closed loop. I'll wrap that up tomorrow night. Water, sand and rock this weekend.

My wife said that while she is excited about the tank, she is growing tired of the PVC cement fumes.

confused... Wouldn't you want the ballvalve on the other side of the union? Othewise nothing to stop the flow if the pump has to come out....

No School, it is likely I that is confused.

All tank bulkheads have valves at the BH's, with the exception of the main coming out of the interior O.F. box. There was no way to do it and maintain skimmer clearance and access.

Or none that I could figure out.

Never mind, I just figured out what you were discussing.

Yes, now that that you mention it, it would have allowed me to avoid having to throw a bucket under pipes if pump is pulled.

Where were you when I was gluing? :D

Well , looks like i have another 30.00 worth of plumbing to fling in the trashcan. Sonofa........
