Does anyone here who has there Calcium Reactor bottles filled have the same bottle returned? I have a new 10lb bottle that needs filled. Everyone I called said if I wanted the same bottle back they would have to send it away. I mean my bottle is new. I kinda wanted to keep it looking like that.

You will have to specify to them that you want the same tank. They mark it and give it back to you.
I leave the tank and return after 1 week.
(cool shades :D)
'that my 20 bucks?:lol2:

I get my bottle refilled and returned to me, for the same reason. It's a newer bottle and I want to keep it...lol. The bottle is filled, on site, but they don't fill bottles until they have "enough" to make it worth their while, which is typically about 3 days. So, I drop it off, and pick it up, usually within a couple of days.

national welders now air gas in some areas will exchange with the same bottles you have or fill yours while you wait, i had the same issue in trying to keep my new bottle.

Airgas here in Charlotte will do it same day for $30 on a CD10; if you want it in like 10min they do charge double that because it was explained to me that they have to stop their production lines to insert and remove the "special" cylinder.

I drop it off at 0700 on my way to work and pick it up at 1700.

You do know you're likely to get the same kind of tank back right? As long as it doesn't leak and has what you want in it all will be good!

Maybe it depends where you are, here in Ca they fill it right there.
I've had mine filled at paintball shops in just a few minutes, and price was about same as any larger gas supply.

Have you tried calling a painball supply store in your area? They pretty much all carry co2 and will fill it while you wait.

I don't have a calcium reactor, so I'm not sure if they use the same fittings as a painball bottle.
