I have a new GFO reactor that has not been used yet. Once I rinsed the GFO till the water ran clear, I placed the hose back in the sump. According to the directions, I should adjust the flow so that the water pressure tumbles only at the surface. Well, It's being pushed up, so how do I get it to fall to the bottom? I have turned the water pressure completely off and it is still staying up.
To make sure I have these set two reactors set up properly.....
GFO - I have the water coming in to the left of the reactor, and coming out of the right side in to the sump.
CARBON - I have the water coming in to the right of the reactor, and coming out of the left side in to the sump
How's it sound?
