GFO Reactor and SPS

For those of you who have a GFO Reactor, do you use it 24x7? I started one up a few weeks ago to lower my phosphate levels in response to a problem I caused. My phosphates are undetectable now, so I'm just wondering if I should shut the reactor off? Is there any harm in keeping the GFO reactor online 24x7? I also have a refugium. Just looking for opinions.

I think in general everyone that runs a GFO reactor will run it 24/7. I also run GAC full time.

People that have ULNS tend not to run it 24/7, because you need SOME PO4. Otherwise, most run it continuously.

run all the time, now you can lower the amount of gfo you use though.

I run it 24/7 too. I change it once a month.
