Yeah the markup on this stuff is craziness when packaged pretty and given a cool name. I will order the pellets - stores better and has some nifty water flow benefits that I will like to take advantage of for my own selfish reasons. For those who would like some, it will not be a problem and will be made available to Mark in whatever qty he would like. Should have it in about a week.

If there is still a strong support for the granules, you still might be able to order that in addition to the stuff I am picking up. Just a thought...

Ha! Steve you so funny! I rounded to 12.00 to make it simple. I can provide the $$$ for the bags, etc. as I factored that into the $12/lb based on the GB you did awhile back on the resin media. It was rather presumptuous of me to assume you would be able to do the same with this media, but looks like my gamble paid off.

I am all about keeping it simple, the rest will work itself out in the end. At 140 lbs, I will have plenty to go round - so order away!

It might be easiest to change the split amount to 1 pound. I was primarily using the 150gram unit since this is what Phosban is sold in and was the easiest way to do a price comparison.

This will also cut down on cost of bags/time required to bag.

I will continue to maintain the list of those that want GFO.
I'm going to start the list over, because I don't want to presume someone that was counting on particle-sized will want pelletized.

Dont think it should be that big of a deal for those that are/may be particular about their particulates( r, r, r!) you can always slightly crush before rinsing and using for more surface area, besides this stuff acts pretty fast doesnt it? Id think I'd be sweatin more if I had a couple thousand gallons to manage as opposed to home aquaria and a pound or two of this stuff to go through.

Well I 'was' going to order the 500kg awhile back because the price per lb is near 1/3 off of even this great of deal. Then reality hit on storage, etc., so I kinda lost interest and priorities changed a bit and I did not pick it up again till I saw there was a lot more interest. Besides I really did not want to get into the rust selling business either.
