GHL 2.1 Doser air issues in tubing

I have a problem with one of the lines on my doser. I have 3 head unit, 2 lines work fine but the 3rd line is constantly empty of liquid from my dosing container and needs to be manually primed to fill the line. Any ideas as to what is going on?

Assuming you have checked the lines for leaking, it sounds like one of the rollers is allowing a siphon, I had a similar problem with one of the heads on mine. You can remove the blue head cover and reseat the rollers/line. I did it about six weeks ago and it has been fine since.

Please check for any air leaks, make sure all lines fit snug to the plastic adapters. We find that air leaks are more common when hard tubing is used.

I use silicone tubing and couldn't find any leaks. It seems to work fine if I check it every few days but if I let it go unchecked for a few weeks, the tubing will be completely empty of any fluid.
