Ghl app not connecting

I entered new Isp added password and I can't connect with app. Also what is the Admin password. Ghl is real complicated as its been a while and I completely forgot what to do.

Please help nothing working

did you upgrade the doser in the past week? I believe they made server changes and you may need a new account

Can you please give us some more information?

Do you have the doser linked to your existing wifi network or are you using the doser's wifi to connect directly to it using a smartphone?

I don't have a doser. I have a profilux 3 with the iphone app. My isp changed so I updated it but when I use the app or try to online version I changed the password and don't know how to reset it.

Try to ping the P3's IP address. You can also try to assign the P3 a new IP address.
