GHL Customer Service - Vinny

I just wanted to say, thank you Vinny! I purchased 3 LX7's recently but had not set them up until today because I was waiting for my light rail to be completed. Let me just say that I am not (far from) a very computer literate person, so I was having some trouble setting these lights up via WiFi. So, I called Vinny. Vinny stayed on the line with me for at least 2 hours. Not only did Vinny hook my lights to my WiFi, but he also put together a light schedule (program) for me and I love it. I'm also the owner of a Profilux 3.1, Doser 2, slave and a Vortech Controller and Vinny was there to help me set those components up also. IMHO, GHL offers the best customer service in the business. He is the best. I've emailed him during the week, Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings and he somehow finds time to email me back.
 
I would like to chime in on this as Vinny has been very responsive and helpful in assisting me with the recent setup of the Avast skimmate locker. Two emails from him and everything is up and running.
 
I have to agree! Vinny has always been a great help! Anytime I've had questions, he's always been able to answer them and take the needed time to explain things so I understand them better.
