I haven't enjoyed as good of customer service from GHL as I hoped for. I've posted several times in their dedicated GHL forums and it took days if not weeks before anyone got back to me, if at all. I have a extensive GHL Profilux control system and and coming over from Apex, I had some setup and configuration issues. I continue to limp along getting it setup and really wish there was more detail in their forums and user manuals. Just a simple request on how to change the touch from C to F degrees took almost a week to get the response it can't be done. I've fought with their Vortech controller for several days to get it working while posting for help on their forum. No response to date. It appears to be working, but even the screens appear weird showing the same SN for both MP-40QD's. I'd at least like to get a reply to this just for a quick sanity check that I'm going about requesting for support the right way. I have about 3K invested in their equipment and and would like to feel 100% confident that it will maintain my tank with proper care while I travel for business. JP
